My passion is complex pelvic surgery and urogynecology. When I am not at Stark Women’s, I also dedicate my time as Department Chairman of Aultman Hospital’s OB/GYN Department and Department Chairman of the OB/GYN Resident Clinic at My Community Health Center. I am married to my favorite tennis player, RJ. I love to spend my extra time with my three children, Caitlyn, Camille and Lucas.

Graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from John Carroll University. She graduated medical school with a doctorate of medicine from the University of Toledo College of Medicine in 2008. She completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus Ohio. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Staub and her husband Tim have two children and enjoy spending time with their family and traveling.

Born in Canton, Ohio. She is a graduate from Jackson High School and graduated Cum Laude at the Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology (Major) and Neuroscience (Minor). She attended Northeastern Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) and received her Doctorate of Medicine in 2014. Dr. Yang Kar received her residency Obstetrics and Gynecology training at Aultman Hopsital. She enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan.

A board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Lazaroff is a 1997 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of North Dakota, she completed her Master of Science at Drexel University in 2002 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Kent State University in 2018. She is a certified colposcopist and holds a postmaster’s certificate in Nursing Education.


Ms. Lazaroff is a professor and the course coordinator for Kent State’s Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program. She has worked many years with undergraduate nursing students and is an active preceptor for nurse practitioner students. Her work has earned her many nominations for the Distinguished Teaching Award and Daisy Award. She also is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.


She lives with her husband Tom and enjoys spending time with family and friends, nature, traveling, gardening, reading and card making.

Judy Laney graduated from the University of Akron in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After graduating, Judy joined Akron General where she worked for 23 years as a registered nurse in ICU, CCU, and spending her last 17 years there in Labor & Delivery. She has maintained her Inpatient Obstetric Certification since 2006. She became an adjunct professor for Walsh University in 2014 and for Kent State University in 2015. Judy continues to teach for Kent State part time. Judy graduated from Kent State in May 2020 with her MSN and completed her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certification in June 2020.

Judy lives in Navarre with her husband, Chuck of 26 years. They have 3 children- Josh, Jessica, and Jack.
